Devastaing news… I saw his little face a couple of years ago and couldnt believe how severely neglected he was when I saw his updated picture. I knew it was a matter of time that this sweet boy would pass away in this conditon and with no hope of being adopted, but it hurts all the same… I would gladly have taken care of him. Even before Russia closed, I wouldnt have met the requisits but, damn, I would have treat him the way he deserved, as the precious and unique soul he was, he is and he always will. This is so sad and unfair.
