This is seriously the yummiest lunch ever. I’m obsessed.
Ok, so in a bowl, mix together some cooked and cubbed chicken, 2 generous handfuls of spinach, some sprinklings of sliced almonds and raisins (halves grapes are good too), about 3/4 of a cup of greek yogurt, your favorite salad dressing, some lemon juice and some diced red onion….
Mix is all together to it’s all saturated with the yogurt and dressing, them roll it up in a wrap or tortilla.
It is so good and doesn’t even taste healthy.
